“I am Victoria Oppenheim, a mother of two beautiful daughters, and a career woman!
I work as the Head of Supply Chain at Argent Energy and we produce biofuels made from waste, reducing the dependence on non-renewable fossil fuels and contributing to a cleaner environment. Working for a biofuel company allows individuals to be part of the solution to combat climate change and promote sustainable energy practices.
I absolutely love to develop talents, and make connections between people and functions. I understand the importance of diversity and inclusion in my personal and professional life and I recognize that people from different backgrounds bring unique perspectives and experiences to the table. I also embrace and promote a flexible and agile way of working in my team because it brings many benefits, including increased productivity, improved work-life balance, and greater adaptability to changing circumstances.”
What or Who inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
