“I have been working at Miro for almost 3 years as a Strategic Customer Success Manager. I joined the company when there was only 100 staff in our Amsterdam office and today we are almost 900 strong! What advice would you give to your younger self?

“Travel the world and experience different cultures, perspectives and lifestyles. Take advantage of opportunities that will help broaden your horizons both professionally and personally. Try and focus on balance, but if things get challenging, work towards overcoming those challenges. You will have the benefit of hindsight at the end which will help inform you in terms of what you will want to change in the future for you on a personal level. Challenge ideas and concepts and continue to be curious.”
