“I believe it is important to join this campaign for so many reasons. But if I have to pick the 3 most important reasons is: 1. Representation matters; I missed out of succesfull POC rolemodels as a child and I would love to be one and show that anybody and everybody can become a succcesfull entrepeneur. 2. The world is (still) too much dominated by man, we need to show and force the world to see that there are many many female rolmodels around the corner. 3. There is not 1 image of a perfect succesfull woman; they come in many forms and shapes. I consider myself the next generation rolemodel. Although I am used to touch some biases with my tattoos, dreadlocks and Dr Martens. It does not matter, the better you can express yourself, the more succesfull you will be!”
