“I’m one of the founders of RTI Blockchain. After finishing my studies in International Business and Management with a final internship at Oracle, I started to work at my family firm as 5th generation that sells fish to retailers and wholesalers. There, I discovered the administrative load and hassle of registrating crates, pallets and other loadcarriers you need to receive and deliver your goods. I found out that each industry is struggling with the administration of load carriers and since I couldn’t find an answer to this problem, I decided to fix it myself.
While I searched for a proper way of solving double administration problems, issues with balance settlements and items getting lost, I discovered a new digital approach that could take away all substantial weaknesses in the supply chain. By developing RTI Blockchain, we created a reliable source to handle load carrier administration.”
What advice would you give to your younger self?
“Don’t be afraid to fail, cultivate a positive mindset and trust in your own abilities. Keep learning and growing, ask for help if you need to and pursue your passions.”
