NIKE
“Nike’s culture of innovation includes the unique intersection of tech and sport. We’re building the next generation of disruptive digital tools, advanced platforms, and innovative processes to help redefine the future for athletes. We can only do this by building a workplace that focuses on equality and inclusion; where learning from diverse perspectives pushes us to make progress on and off the court. We are proud to be a part of the Equals campaign and highlight three of our role models that embody these principles.”

About
”In Nike, I lead a business domain technology team, that is full of purpose, and centred on supporting and building our enterprise foundational landscape (ERP, Finance, HR, Planning) – All in service of ensuring we as a global company can get the right product, to the right consumer athlete, at the right time, and with an exceptional service.”
Why do you think is important that Role Models need to be visible?
“People need to know they are not alone in pursuit of their dreams and ambitions, and there is power in shared experiences and stories. One of the most powerful lessons I learned from my role model and mentor, was that self doubt was far worse than any physical limitation, and grounding my sense of self in integrity, and doing the right thing, has steered me in this direction”
