“Since May 2022, I have been serving as the Managing Director of T-Systems Netherlands, a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom. Before this, I spent six years as the Director of Public Sector at Microsoft Netherlands. As the Chairwoman of NLDigital, the association for IT companies in the Netherlands, I represent the technology industry on broader topics, such as digital skills, D&I , sustainability.”
What or Who inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
“My parents have always encouraged me to maximize my potential and seize every opportunity, even if they didn’t have these opportunities themselves. When I was young, this sometimes felt as pressure, but it has ultimately fueled my passion and drive to constantly learn and grow as a person, professional, and leader, making me who I am today.”
