“I am the Head of Quality Assurance at Temper, where I’m responsible for the development and implementation of our quality strategy, and I lead a talented team of quality assurance professionals. Together we plan and implement new tools and processes that help our organization deliver quality software to our customers.”
What or Who inspired you to pursue your chosen career?
“My journey in QA began while working in customer support. My supervisor at the time came up to me one day and encouraged me to apply for an open position as a QA analyst at our company, she believed in me, saw qualities I didn’t even know I had and motivated me to try something completely new. Although I never initially set out to pursue a career in QA, I was motivated by my supervisor’s faith in my abilities and decided to give it a try. I was successful in securing the role and soon found a real passion for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products.”
